All financial transactions on pk95 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

For deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the account.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk95 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (e.g., odds of 0.01 implying a 100x return) will be subject to review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair environment on pk95:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one account under the same person's name.
• False Identity: Registering with a false name, phone number, or bank details.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to play games or place bets.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Hacking & Exploiting: Exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the gaming platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Minor Access: Opening an account on behalf of anyone under 18.

Violation of any of the above rules entitles pk95 to close the account, forfeit bonuses, and withhold relevant funds without prior notice.

Any dispute between pk95 and a user will first be addressed through our support team. An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of the complaint being submitted.

If the matter cannot be resolved through our support team, you may escalate it to the licensing authority (Curacao eGaming) or an independent arbitration body.

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with international gaming law. In the event of a legal dispute, the laws of Curacao will apply.
